Newgrange inspired hand carved cups made with the pinching technique from dark clay. When clay was leather hard, the clay was carved with megalithic symbols inspired by the Newgrange kerbstones. The interior of the mug was glazed in an icy blue in correspondence with the winter solstice.
Each handmade cup is unique and will vary in design, shape, and size. They are approximately 3” wide x 2” high.
