This ceramic gold sun cup was made with the pinching technique from honey speckled clay and then glazed in turquoise. Two suns were carved on either side of the cup glazed in gold luster for a final firing.
This cup represents a return to light and honors the sacredness of the sun. They are food safe but it is not recommended that they go in the dishwasher or microwave as the actual gold can scratch.
Each cup is approximately 3 inches high by 3 inches in diameter.
